PROESSAY provides academic support, mentoring, and educational guidance services to students and professionals. These services include:

- Proofreading and content improvement
- Feedback on work, reports, and articles
- Journal submission support (e.g. SCI/SSCI)
- Application guidance for resumes, personal statements, and job applications
All services are for academic support, learning enhancement, and personal development purposes. Users are responsible for how they apply the support and materials they receive.
2. User Qualifications
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Ordering and Delivery
Orders can be placed via https://app.proessay.io. The user selects the required service, submits the required information, and selects the expected delivery time. After confirmation, the company will hand over the duties to qualified academic advisors. The deliverables will be uploaded directly to the user account on the platform. Users can contact their designated advisors and request amendments within 30 days of delivery.
4. Revision Policy
Each order includes unlimited revisions within 30 days of initial delivery, as long as the request remains within the original scope of work. Major changes may require a new order.
5. Refund Policy
a. User activation and cancellation
- If the advisory has not yet started, a full refund will be made.
- If work has already started, partial refunds will be made depending on progress.
b. Platform activation refund
- If the mission cannot be completed, the full amount will be refunded.
- Refunds are provided in case of service delays or quality issues caused by the platform.
c. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Users who are not satisfied with their first delivery and who have not requested an amendment can request a refund within 7 days.
Refund requests must be submitted through the user's account and will be processed within 2-3 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
